MARTINA MYERS

 Martina Myers has been chosen to represent her peers as Miss Teen Globe United States.

Martina won the prestigious title and once in a lifetime opportunity to travel the United States as a role model for young women this past October at the US National TV station in West Covina, California. Included in her prize package is trip to Canada where she will represent the United States at the Miss Teen Globe World Finals.

Rising from the ashes of her own personal tragedy of her sister’s suicide, Martina is in the process of starting a Foundation to honor her sister’s lifelong legacy of working with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Martina will use her title as Miss Teen Globe United States to bring awareness to the foundation and help others facing challenging life situations.

Martina describes herself as fearless, strong willed, resilient, passionate and as someone who enjoys helping others. She prides herself on having an inner strength and an ability to turn personal tragedy into something positive that will encourage others to fight back in a productive way.

Martina is currently an honor student enrolled in Junior ROTC. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, modeling, playing the electric guitar and hosts a radio show. She is the daughter of Donna Jackson.
